01The Service

Farmlink provides business workflow tools for poultry suppliers, retailers, farms, transporters, and drivers. Features may include account management, product and farm management, order creation and processing, delivery assignments, transaction records, reports, notifications, and live transporter tracking.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, or product development.

02Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and use the account role assigned or approved for you. You are responsible for:

• safeguarding your username, password, and device access;
• all activity carried out through your account;
• ensuring that users you authorise are permitted to access the business and personal data entered into the Service; and
• promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access to farmshajis@gmail.com.

Do not share credentials, impersonate another person or business, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use.

03Business Data and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of the information you enter or upload, including product, price, order, contact, transport, transaction, and delivery information. You confirm that you have all required rights, permissions, and notices to provide this information to Farmlink and to make it available to the relevant authorised business users.

You remain responsible for your commercial decisions, inventory, prices, taxes, payment arrangements, delivery commitments, and legal obligations to your customers, suppliers, transporters, and other business partners.

04Orders, Deliveries, and Transactions

The Service records and helps manage orders, delivery assignments, and transaction information between business users. Unless we separately agree with you in writing, Farmlink is a software platform and is not a party to the underlying sale, supply, transport, delivery, credit, or payment transaction between users.

You must independently verify order quantities, prices, delivery dates, delivery status, and transaction entries before relying on them. Information shown in the Service can be delayed, incomplete, or affected by user input, network availability, GPS availability, or third-party services.

05Live Transporter Tracking

Live tracking is available for authorised transporter/driver accounts and applicable assigned orders. By enabling or continuing an active tracking workflow, the transporter/driver consents to the collection and sharing of precise device location, accuracy, and recorded time with authorised users for delivery coordination.

Transporters/drivers must use the feature safely and in compliance with road-safety laws. The Service must not be used while driving in a manner that distracts from safe vehicle operation. Location information is an operational aid only and is not guaranteed to be real-time, continuous, accurate, or available in every circumstance.

06Notifications and Third-Party Services

The Service may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send operational notifications and transporter location-refresh requests. It may also use third-party map and geocoding services, including OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, to display maps and location names. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

SMS, WhatsApp, or other communications may be sent only when requested or enabled for the applicable business workflow. You are responsible for ensuring that recipient contact details and communications are lawful and appropriate.

07Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others;
• submit false order, location, transaction, or business information;
• interfere with, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass the Service's security or access controls;
• introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• use the Service to send spam, unlawful communications, or content that infringes another person's rights; or
• use location tracking for surveillance outside a legitimate, authorised delivery or transport purpose.

We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or the security of the Service has been violated.

08Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content supplied by Farmlink, is owned by or licensed to Hajis poultry farms and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business operations.

You retain ownership of the business information you provide, but grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that information in order to provide and improve the Service.

09Availability and Disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, real-time, or always-available operation. GPS, device settings, mobile networks, Firebase, mapping services, and other third-party systems may affect functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hajis poultry farms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or delivery-related loss arising from or connected with the Service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by you to use the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

11Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if the Service is discontinued. Termination does not affect obligations that by their nature should continue, including confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and payment or legal obligations.

12Account Deletion

FarmLink users can permanently delete their account directly in the mobile app:

1. Sign in to FarmLink.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, request account deletion by emailing farmshajis@gmail.com from your registered email address or WhatsApp number. Include your username and registered phone number.

We will verify the request and delete the account and associated personal data within [X] days. We may retain limited order, delivery, transaction, or security records only where legally required, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

14Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the app or at the published terms URL and update the effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

15Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
